about

Julia Dietz Artist

Surrealism Portraits
Mixed Media Art
Touch and my engagement with the fields of sexuality and art brought me into deep contact with my own power and creativity. What began as an exploration of my needs, desires, and visions eventually led me into unexpected territory. The deeper I dived into myself, the more I began to weaken and disconnect. As they say, you cannot let go of what you never had. My sense of self was never firmly rooted; I experienced it mostly through others. And in that reflection, I found strength — a feeling of connection to my creative power.

But the narcissistic spiralling — into what I thought I wanted, what I believed I needed — carried me further and further away from myself.

Eventually, I found my way back into connection: with the world, with my sensual and erotic nature. I am still exploring what it means to integrate Eros in a beautiful, conscious way.

This integration is not just about healing or reclaiming what was lost. It is a turning toward joy, abundance, and aliveness.

Through painting, drawing, bodywork, and presence, I explore the places where the sensual, the erotic, the artistic, and the existential meet — as sites of truth, transformation, and connection.
